For all packages we include equipment delivery and assembly immediately preceding your event which takes roughly one hour. We need a little less time for equipment disassembly upon completion of your booking with us. All play areas include mats enclosed by a gate to keep your little ones safe.

The best space for this type of event is a flat area that is not in direct sunlight.  We do not rent in damp/rainy environments as the equipment becomes too slippery.

The soft play equipment manufacturers suggest 9 months to 5 years old for safety reasons.  For animal bouncers, we suggest 3 to 5 years old.  Adult supervision is required when playing with our equipment to prevent injury.

To ensure the safety of all children who use the equipment at your event, please follow the Safety Rules that are posted on the gate of the soft play area.

We provide free delivery for events within 15 driving miles from 8221 Lindley Avenue, Reseda, CA 91335.  For events that are farther than fifteen driving miles, there will be a delivery surcharge and this will be quoted before booking the event so there are no surprises.

Because we are parents ourselves, we are diligent about the safety of our products. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use, including all of those small balls!  We use a product that kills 99.9% of germs with no harmful chemicals and is approved for use in hospital neo-natal units.

Contact us with the details of your event and we will confirm availability.  To secure the booking, we must receive a $100 deposit.

We currently accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal.  Please ask if this doesn’t work for you as we are updating these options.

  • You may cancel up to fourteen days before the event to receive a full refund.
  • If cancellation is done later than mentioned above, you will lose your deposit.

The remainder of the balance for your event is due no later than seven days prior to the event for events booked more than seven days prior (or risk losing your deposit).  For events booked seven days or less prior to an event, the full balance is due upon booking.
